The National Operatic and Dramatic Association
(NODA) was founded in 1899 "to protect and advance the interests of Operatic and Dramatic Art, and of Societies engaged therein." It has a membership of some 2,300 amateur societies and 2,500 individual enthusiasts throughout the UK.
The Norfolk Youth Music Theatre
Founded in 1995 with finacial help from the Cromer and Sheringham Operatic Society the company is the County Music-Drama company for Norfolk's most talented teenagers.
Sheringham Savoyards
Sheringham Savoyards are based in Sheringham and performs a main show in June each year at the Sheringham Little Theatre located in the centre of the town. Concerts and other minor productions take up our time for the rest of the year.

Dereham Operatic Society is a charitable Trust formed in 1948 to offer the local community education and enlightenment in the amateur dramatic arts. A very grand way of saying that DOS was formed to entertain the people of Dereham and Norfolk! We put a one major musical show in the autumn of every year, a pantomine over Christmas and a play in the spring, so we have something for everyone. The East Norfolk Operatic Society was formed in 1959 based in Wroxham, Norfolk, UK and has concentrated mainly on the annual Spring production of a Gilbert and Sullivan opera.
